The location here is fabulous! We were super close to all the cool stuff like churches, the old part of town, and a cute square. It was awesome having a safe, TV, and a mini fridge in the room. 🌟

The hotel is situated in an excellent location if you've come to Naples to learn about the history, eat authentic Neapolitan pizza and have really REALLY good gelato. Piazza Bellini is right across the hotel and is safe and lively at night. However travelers must be aware that the Centro Storico , in general, is shockingly filthy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and they all speak good English. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.
No wifi in the room, guests had to go down to the common area to access wifi.

We loved everything about this hotel. Our room was 607 and it was amazing...the room was modern and clean looking. We had a large terrace that had magnificent views of mt vesuvius, naples skyline and the bay of naples...the staff were professional and the entire setting of the hotel was funky....just loved the place...we drove into naples and were aprehensive about the location as it appeared to be quite dirty.BUt we soon found out that all of naples is very dirty.rubbish piled high in the streets. At night the surrounding area came alive..shop fronts opened up and the atmosphere was brilliant...WE Were not far from famous street scannanapoli.. 5 klms long.....fantastic..and had the best pizza in the world at ginos.... The home of pizza mm...Would stay again and again
Tom tom was not picking up location too well.PRivate parking garage about 0 minutes away...but the hotel and services made up for it.

Marvelous and beautiful designed hotel, situated in the historical centre, which is nearby the most important museum and other relevant cultural monuments, (difficult) underground and (enigmatic) bus connections. Very nice room and a really magnificent bathroom.
Very poor buffet-breakfast, and also incompetently served (I had several times to ask for refills in coffee etc), served for guests in 2 overcrowded rooms. (Once I had to have my breakfast standing on my feet, so I was already tired before my touristic day started! This is really a shame!!)

This is a beautiful and quaint hotel in the heart of Naples' historic district. We had a tough time finding it because we drove in and Naples is a hard place to drive, particularly when you don't know Italian. The hotel itself is wonderful, with very interesting and fresh decorations. If you like Naples, it is also a great location, near good shopping and the historic area. It is also only 2 blocks from Gino's, which our daughter told us was the place to go for the "best pizza in the world." It was terrific. We didn't like Naples very much, because it was too busy, noisy and dirty -- very different from much of Italy. Naples does have some great castles and palaces. We used it as a departing point for a day trip to Capri, which is one of the most beautiful places we ever say. Highly recommended.

Clean, quiet, lovely breakfast, helpful staff.
location. There were very few places to eat within close walking distance. We needed a taxi to get to the ferries & station as walking was just too much

The room was large enough for us and the price was reasonable. (We had 2 big luggages (Suits Cases.) If we visit Napoli, we will use this hotel again. The hotel staff told us the good seafood restrante. (Go to the left when you go out the hotel gate, and turn left the first corner. It takes 3 minutes from the hotel.) If you go to this hotel from the airport for the first time, you had better use the taxi because it is not easy to find this hotel. It will cost about 15~20 Euro and take 30 minutes.
We can eat the breakfast from 7:30.
